W dniu 30.01.2014r. o godzinie 13:50 miał miejsce wypadek drogowy na trasie 801 w miejscowości Zambrzyków. Kierujący pojazdem Honda Jazz niedostosował prędkości do warunków panujących na drodze, co skutkowało wypadnięciem na pobocze. W wyniku tego poszkodowany, oraz dziecko z nim jadące, zostali uwięzieni w pojeździe. Jako pierwsi przybyli strażacy oraz Policja z Sobień Jezior. W pierwszej kolejności wydobyli dziewczynkę, siedzącą w foteliku na tylnym siedzeniu. Chwilę później przyjechały jednostki z JRG Otwock oraz OSP Karczew. Do wydobycia zakleszczonego mężczyzny strażacy musieli użyć narzędzi hydraulicznych. Na szczeście poszkodowani nie odnieśli poważniejszych obrażeń. Cała akcja trwała ok 3 godzin ze względu na pozycje pojazdu, oraz na panujące warunki atmosferyczne, utrudniające prowadzenie działań.
